Our Policy:
All Foama inserts come with a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full product price refund. Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. For more information please check our Return Policy.
In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, all Foama inserts come with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your insert fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
All our Nanuk hard cases come with a lifetime warranty offered by the manufacturer.
Our Warranty:
We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Foama. Our one-year limited warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur in your insert during normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications to the insert.
If you need to make a warranty claim, simply contact our support team and provide a description of the issue along with proof of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
